If the shipment was held in customs, according as the shipment delivery
status ,we could refund percentage or full stock value after istylehit determines by

If the shipping fee that you payed for has already included the risk of
customs clearance guarantee, in case the shipment is hold in customs ,we
could refund 100% value for the risk of shipment.
